Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Experience in sales of heat-dissipating materials, heat-conducting materials and heat-insulating materials is preferred; 2. Graduation from majors related to electronic machinery and materials is preferred; 3. Love sales work, have strong ability to independently develop customers, and have good professional quality; 4. Cheerful personality, able to withstand greater work pressure; 5. The work is practical and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism and self-motivation; 6. Excellent planning, execution ability, and good language communication skills.

Requirements:

1. More than 1 year of business work experience, outstanding performance is preferred, and resources are preferred; 2. Those who have sales experience in the mobile phone industry, heat dissipation materials, thermal conductivity materials, and heat insulation materials are preferred, and can adapt to business trips; 3. There are no restrictions on men and women, and business trips are acceptable; 4. Working place: Suzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Xiamen.

Quality Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with the process, collect all kinds of problems from trial production to mass production, and do a good job of resume for traceability; 2. Review inspection/acceptance standards with customers, communicate information to the manufacturing quality department, and promote implementation; 3. Lead the analysis of customer returned defective products, formulate improvement actions according to the reasons, implement and verify; 4. Regularly review returns and bad reasons with customers, summarize problem points and promote improvement; 5. Collect and sort out the problem points in all aspects, and focus on improving the main problem points; 6. Submit analysis improvement report or customer complaint report, such as 8D, 5C, etc.; 7. In response to the repeated quality problems of customer complaints, convene relevant parties to push for improvement; 8. Other work arranged by the superior;

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in macromolecule; 2. More than 1 year relevant work experience, familiar with the daily operation of QA/QC; 3. Have a strong ability to identify quality risks, and have the ability to analyze and judge abnormalities; 4. Familiar with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PDCA and other quality management tools, proficient in seven QC techniques, and able to use statistical techniques to analyze data; 5. Proficient in using word, PPT and other office software; 6. Familiar with ISO quality system: 16949, 9000, 9001, etc.
