HAZ series thermal pads use polyurethane substrates and do not contain silicone oil. They are suitable for use in closed environment sensitive to silicone oils. They are non-volatile and have the same elasticity and flame resistance as general-purpose silicone thermal pads.

Thermal conductivity:1.0W/m·k~3.0W/m·k,thickness range is 0.5~10.0mm; size can be cut according to customer needs.
