Product Characteristics
HG series thermal grease is also called thermal paste. It is a highly thermally conductive insulating silicone material with excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. It also has low oil separation (tends to zero), high and low temperature resistance, water, ozone and weathering resistance.
Thermal conductivity:4.0W/m·k~7.0W/m·k, piping outfitting and canning available.
Various cooling modules, heat sinks.
